Frequently asked questions

  • How long are visa processing times?

    Visa processing can be a lengthy process and take take around 5 weeks. We advise early booking to avoid disapointment. 

  • Are there any extra hidden fees?

    Absolutely not. All you need is extra for lunches (although during the stay in Mina all meals are provided and we've found that the large breakfasts and evening meals provided by the hotels are more that sufficent for most guests) and gifts.

  • Do you offer Ziyarat of the holy sites?

    Yes we do. Our tours guides are well versed in the history and geography of Mecca and Madinah

  • Where do I get my Ihram from?

    We provide complimentry Ihrams 

  • Can women go alone for Hajj?

    Generally women should go with a mahram, but we realise this is not always possible and will endevour to assist you in preforming your Hajj safely.

  • What happens to our luggage while we are staying in Mina?

    All your luggage and your rooms will be left as you leave them until your return.

  • What if I want to take Zam-Zam water back to the UK?

    This can be arranged for you,  just let us know.

  • Will there be religious guidance during the pilgrimage?

    Yes our tours guides have a through understanding of the rites of Hajj and many years of experience. They will be on hand throughout your trip to offer advice or guidance should you want it.
